SHIPPING:

FREE In-store pick up is available ONLY at our Cranbrook BC location. 

*In-store pick up orders are typically ready for pick up the same day if order is placed during our open hours. 

FREE delivery is available within Cranbrook and Kimberley, BC on orders over $50.00 

*Simply choose this option when you arrive at the shipping selection page 

*Please note in the checkout comments if your item requires gift wrap (no charge) 

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (business days) of ordering via the most appropriate courier service. 

At the current time we are only shipping within British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. 

Our rates are:

For BC and Alberta: 

$20.00 for standard orders between 0.0kg-4.9 kg

$25.00 for Mid sized orders between 5.0kg-9.9kg 

$40.00 for Heavy or Over sized orders 10kg + 

For Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario: 

$25.00 for standard orders between 0.0kg-4.9 kg

$30.00 for Mid sized orders between 5.0kg-9.9kg 

$40.00 for Heavy or Over sized orders 10kg + 

Our shipping rates reflect our true cost to ship. We are a small business and can not absorb these costs. If your order can be shipped for less, we will contact you about a refund. 

RETURNS:

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days. Refunds will only be given when receipt is provided and items are in original packaging with tags attached. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

For safety and hygiene purposes the following items are final sale:

  • Jewelry
  • Swimsuits
  • Underwear
  • Cloth Diapers
  • Face Masks

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.

Defective products past 60 days from purchase must be addressed with the manufacturer.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

At this time, online gift certificates and in store gift certificates function separately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Gift certificates purchased online can only be redeemed online and gift certificates purchased in store can only be redeemed in store.

"Are the items I see on the website in stock?" 

Yes! Online inventory is live inventory of what is in store and updated every 30 seconds! What you see is in stock at our physical location unless it is marked as "out of stock". In that case, it will probably be back in stock soon! ALL of our in store products are online. New arrivals are online within 2-3 days.
